I try to just do for today and not worry so much about tomorrow.

Today I'm looking forward to getting stuff for the house. Diapers Wipes and paying bills.

Could seem small but sometimes it's the small things in life that keep me going.

But looking forward I would also say I'm looking forward to my sons 1st birthday next month. Also my sons 12th birthday next month plus mine lol we have alot of birthdays in October. My middle child is March lol so I'm planning 2 parties in October. ❤

What are you looking to today, tomorrow, or by the end of this year?

Today I'm looking forward to sorting out my room a bit and getting some washing done - know it may not sound wildly exciting but it will make a difference.

Tomorrow I'm looking forward to prepping some classes that I'm teaching at the weekend.

By the end of this year, harder to say, but I'm looking forward to advancing my Spanish level.

Use gratitude to reflect on how far you have come and how the present moment can help you think about things to look forward to.

After what has been a challenging year in more ways than one, I'm grateful for the progress that I have made in pursuing personal and professional goals, in overcoming some shocks and grief in my personal life, to getting to a point where I'm socializing and putting myself out there again, even as a friendly introvert.

I'm looking forward to more time spent with loved ones, friends (hopefully more of this) and family, meeting new people, going dancing, speaking languages, and continuing to hope for better and to strive, in this tricky world.

What are you looking to today, tomorrow, or by the end of this year?

Today - Just taking a few brief moments to pause, recognize my scenario, reflect, and move on.

Tomorrow - Applying more of my knowledge, by taking steps day by day, to my end goal of achieving a more positive mindset.

End of year - Stepping into a new 'era of me' that has more gratitude for myself and others around me.

Hi Soul! 😊❤️ Thank you for this forum post! It's so nice to have things to look forward to! Thank you for caring about all of us and for posing the question! ❤️ It's really nice to focus on positive things, things to come!

I'm looking forward to making a big pot of chili to share with others in the fall. I do it every year for Halloween. For me, having traditions gives me something to look forward to and a feeling of consistency. 😊

I'm looking forward to decorating my home for Christmas and I like to have it all done by Thanksgiving day. It's nice to be grateful for things and after that big meal and sharing with family, it's so lovely to sit back, see the Christmas tree, the whole house decorated and gifts wrapped and waiting underneath the tree. It feels good, to in that moment, still look forward to great memories to come.

It makes me feel good to have twinkling lights, candles lit and a sense of warmth inside my home when it it's so very cold outside.

I'm looking forward to working more on my home and executing some great design projects I have in mind.

*high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️

Today and tomorrow I hope to put a little bit more of enthusiasm on my studies, I have been struggling and feeling tired but I need to keep pushing this week.

By the end of the year, I hope to be prepared to get a new job next year

I think through all difficults in my mental health condition, I have been protected and I still have guts, strengh and determination to keep learning to deal with my issues and getting a little better to live better.

I am able to feel grateful for those qualities and for the protection, they make me more hopeful of a better future.

Well, I got gifted a new camera last bd and I haven't been able to use it due to my somewhat busy schedule. However, I am looking forward to traveling to my cousin in my neighboring town. She lives near the mountains so we'll be using my new camera for the very first time upcoming weekend and I am really excited about it :D

Today I'm looking forward to spending time relaxing and writing in my gratitude journal.

Tomorrow I get to go to one of my school's football games and see all my family and friends that are coming to watch! I always love this season because of those games. Also I hear what I got on my SAT tomorrow.

Also I graduate this year! That plus all the fun senior year activities to look forward to in the mean time!! Wish me luck when I get back my college letters c:
