What are the 5 things you want to do more of for better mental health?
1.I want to be more aware of how to help myself. I want to work more on self care when it is needed
2. To make sure I am porperly eating and getting the sleep I need so I do not burn out fast.
3. To write more in my journal of things needing to improve in my life and work at those as a goal.
4. Be more supportive here for hosting or writing a post for those who need help
5. to be more supportive to my home life.
