how does the needs reply team work?
What do I do as a needs reply team member? (all in blue is clickable)
We, as the needs reply team, focus on the posts made by our community members which go unseen and don’t have a reply yet as it can be really discouraging to open up and share maybe for the first time looking for support and getting no reply, we want everyone to feel heard!
Where do I find needs reply posts?
Click here to find the needs reply queue
Or
Go to any sub community/ forum space of your choice and choose needs reply from the sort by drop down and reply to as many posts as you can from there
(can't find the needs reply option in subcomms? Screen recording on how to access needs reply to be added soon)
Also you can reply to community members posting on 3 key things thread or Welcome threads
Additional team information:
We’re awarding 10 cheers for every needs reply post you reply to as a way of saying thank you, post the number of needs reply posts you reply to in the team cheers thread or pm me with the number as frequently as you wish (monthly, weekly, everyday,...)
