Hi 7 Cups Community, I am so excited to announce something the academy team has been working on for the past couple of weeks. Presenting...'7 Cups Academy Week!' A week dedicated to the 7 Cups Academy! For those that don't know, here's a little bit of backstory: The Community Management team announced the birth of 7 Cups Academy in December 2020. The Academy is a tuition-free institution that trains members, listeners, and researchers to develop skills and better care for our community. There are 5 programs:

- 7 Cups Internship
- Leadership Development Program
- Group Leadership and Dynamics Development
- Content Development and Marketing
- Quality Listening Program

Trainees can take one or all tracks at no cost. Each track includes academic coursework and a practicum component where the trainee learns by doing.


So what started from spreading emotional support via active listening is now a massive footprint of leadership, growth, and community thrive. Our programs are finely designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. Each program is created to cater to the finest qualities of active listening - where we all start. So join me in celebrating this week dedicated to the academy. We will be celebrating for 7-days long with non-stop fun and learning! This is what our itinerary looks like for the week:

Day 1 (August 16th 2021) - Welcome to Academy Week Day
Day 2 (August 17th 2021) - Content Development and Marketing Program Day
Day 3 (August 18th 2021) - Group Leadership Development and Dynamics Program Day
Day 4 (August 19th 2021) - 7 Cups Internship Day
Day 5 (August 20th 2021) - Leadership Development Program Day
Day 6 (August 21st 2021) - Quality Listening Program Day
Day 7 (August 22nd 2021) - Wrap Up and Graduation Day
