I cope with my anxiety by finding things to focus on, these include hobbies/interests or responsibilities/tasks...

-I read a lot- books, online posts, articles, random plaques in parks, websites

-I engage with my fictional interests- which also includes reading, watching movies/TV, gaming

-Physical activities include walking and hiking

-I perform deep breathing to calm myself down

-I write, this is the case for how I best process my thoughts as I write in a journal

Thank you.
