7Cups Subcommunities Survey
Hello everyone!
Several questions and concerns have been raised regarding the subcommunities and forums. We are finding that keeping track of the tags in the forums makes it difficult to find the issues you're facing and come up with a solution, so to better help improve these frequently used areas, we have created a survey where you can share your thoughts on our subcommunities and forums.
As part of this post, I want to share the "7Cups Subcommunities Survey" form and ask everyone to fill it out. Please take a few minutes to take this survey and share your thoughts with us. This survey is divided into three sections:
General Information like your username, age group, account type, etc.
General feedback on the subcommunities
Leadership-based feedback (Only required if you are in any of the following roles: Room Supporters, Chatroom Moderators, Support Team Leaders, Forum Supporters, Project Agents, Community Mentors and Community Mentor Leaders)
The implementation and processing of responses will require time and effort and will not occur overnight. For this reason, your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated. I will keep you all updated on the progress as we deal with them one by one!
