@neverendingTime23 Hi welcome to 50plus.There are also 50 plus discussions in the chat room area. The 50plus room opens 10 minutes before discussions. They will have one today at 5pm EST. I hope that you can make it sometime.

Where can i find the days and times to discussion or chat rooms?
I don't seem to get the notifications :(
@neverendingTime23 When you are in COMMUNITIES check under the heading Calender, it lists group discussions and timesthere. Also in communities there is a section called group chat where the chat rooms are listed. I am not so great at explaining things, I hope that this helps. Today there will be mindfulness at 3:30pm est. The mindfulness room opens 10 mins before the discussion.
