I'm a good listener.

If people know their best, then why would they be here?

Someone has to acknowledge it, and traits are practically determined by the situations we live in and the memories we hold. No one can say which one is best. But if they say so, then it would be what they believe is best.

@SarahKind Sometimes I can be tough on myself and not think that I have any and other days I allow myself to remember that I am not be tough on myself but that I am resilient and I love my flexibility in this way.

I think it would be empathy.
