@SunShineAlwaysGrateful  Being in a mindful moment is like being an albatross dynamically soaring over an ocean of worries & realising they're really just tiny ripples on a puddle.

Mindfully planning for the future

I don't worry as much as I daydream.  Daydreaming is a waste of thought, too, I think, and I've been doing it since I was a little boy.  It's the same old type of thing.  It's a pattern and I feel trapped in it.

I do worry, too, and it's useless to do so.  It doesn't help the situation.  It's not the same as problem-solving, which is a form of productive thinking.  It also leads to negative thoughts, as worrying is just thinking about what could go wrong and expecting everything to go wrong.
