Hello, I'm Jenn. I'm 39, a data processor currently working remotely. I don't have any hobbies or talents. I don't have any friends where I live. It doesn't really help that I'm a recluse and only went outside to go to work. I seem to be struggling the most these days with loneliness and a lack of self-worth. I want to improve this, but I have a hard time getting and staying motivated.

Hello Jen. I'm new here so not 100% sure how this works yet, just wanted to say Hi and send well wishes. Motivation is very difficult at the moment so don't forget that even baby steps in the right direction count.
