@sisan Hi! Welcome to 7cups. Sorry if you’ve found the chat rooms a bit brutal, sometimes they get crowded or it can be difficult to participate with different conversations going on. Another option could be to try a 1-1 chat with a listener so it feels a bit more personal.

honestly I feel the exact way as you do. I don’t feel like I fit in here I also tried the 1-1 listeners and sure I had a couple of them answer me for a minute but then after they just leave not sure why. I also trying to go into the chat rooms but I really don’t want to say anything because I’m just a shy person. So sure it’s hard now a days to communicate with someone when you most need it.
