Hi there. Unfortunately, our feelings, minds, etc. can't tell the time of the early, so I don't think it's too early to ever have valid feelings. Your feelings are always valid. How have been feeling?
Same here. I felt incredibly depressed the other day. Don't want to whine. Just unhappy with my situation.
@sensibleSkies8757 Thanks for stopping by and sharing some of how you are feeling and what you are going through. I think it can sometimes help us to open up and share and let out some of these things. It sometimes is the only way to get a fresh perspective or just simply unload the heaviness of carrying it around.. or sometimes it just helps to know we aren't the only one who has felt this way... or even it just can help to have someone hear us. I don't think it's whining at all. I think it's brave and shows strength to be able to open up like that.
I'm so frustrated, I want to be able to go out and enjoy the weather while it's nice, but it's hard to be motivated as I don't have anyone to do anything with and I'm dealing with chronic illness. I need an accountability buddy.
@HerOwnSociety22 That is understandable you feel this way. I hope you are feeling better. What kinds of things do you like to do? Do you have a spot where you can get outside and get some sunshine for like 10 minutes ? I love the way the sunshine feels on my skin. Sometimes that can help a little bit?

I went out to a park the last two days, but it's such a push and I'm exhausted. I always hurt my arm really badly. But I'm glad I went out. I just wish I could enjoy it more.
As an update- I have been feeling better. It’s amazing what being present in the moment can do for you. Breathing slowly. Concentrating on the world around you… sometimes my mind gets the best of me…. Sometimes I can calm it down. I haven’t acted out with any of my vices so I know I can be strong even when I feel weak.
