Can't sleep

I don't know if someone relates but despite taking meds I'm not able to sleep well. I wake up every four hours and sometimes very sweaty.

I don't know if it's just anxiety or not. Oh well

i’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues sleeping, even with meds? that must be really frustrating. have you ever tried meditating before bed? limiting blue lights directly before bed time, or calming sounds? these are things i normally do whenever i’m having troubles sleeping.

also, my mom once recommended to me that boiling ripe banana peel and drinking as tea may help if i ever have trouble sleeping. i never tried it though. my mom have sleeping problems however and it helped her. she got a dr. teal’s sleep bath gift for christmas which is a 5 piece set with epsom salt soak, foaming bath, body wash, bath and body lotion & body lotion and they all have melatonin & essential oils, and every time she uses it it worked for her.

wishing you the best of luck, hope i helped in some way 😊

@sympatheticSquare6031  I've been having the same issue.  I also have nightmares that affect the quality of my sleep.

I'm trying to limit my intake of food and fluids before bed.  I have blue light blocking glasses I should be wearing before bed, but I got out of that habit.  Will have to get those back out.

I feel like it helps when I pray before bed and then do a guided hypnosis session to fall asleep.  The ones that guide you to do progressive muscle relaxation seem to help most with falling asleep for me.

Hopefully others will chime in with more tips.  I could use some more help as well.
