Ashwahganda ???

So I was researching online and saw a few things about Ashwahganda plant extract (I hope I spelled that correctly) being good for mental focus, helping anxiety, mood stabilizing and etc. Has anyone tried these types of supplements? If so did it help, and is there any brand safer than others? I wanted to order some but I don't like wasting money.

You can also find a Osteopathic or allopathic doctor to work with, you may need a different supplement in addition or instead of that! (I work in the medical field) I ended up having a hypothyroid instead of needing a bunch of the supplements I had been taking to get through the day!

I take it in gummy form and it works very well! Also, try L-theanine in a gummy.. works awesome..
