...See more So I was researching online and saw a few things about Ashwahganda plant extract (I hope I spelled that correctly) being good for mental focus, helping anxiety, mood stabilizing and etc. Has anyone tried these types of supplements? If so did it help, and is there any brand safer than others? I wanted to order some but I don't like wasting money.
