Hey :) There are different ways that you can chat to other members! You can answer peoples forum posts. There are also Group Support Rooms where you can chat to others too!
I don’t want other people seeing what I say to a certain person. I have tried the group support rooms. I want to talk to someone individually but 7cups doesn’t allow that.

I think you can just type in a URL like 7cups.com/@mcagle and you'll be in a private chat with that person.
Yeah, I’ve always wondered why they have this policy. I don’t know if it’s some “safety policy” but even then I’d like to know more about what they’re trying to avoid. As you stated, there seems to be some great people on here that I’d love to communicate with more and it would be nice if you could initiate PMs with them to hold conversations. Currently you can only PM listeners as far as I can tell. Group chats and just posting in the open is far from ideal.
