...See more Hey guys I'm kinda new here. I've had an account for a while, but I just found it again and think it could really help me. I struggle with depression and anxiety, and have some past struggles that I've mostly dealth with. So I'm here and back to learn how to better manage my emotions, stress, and anxiety as well as learning how to self love and have confidence in myself. I look forward to the progress and getting to know some people!
