They really helped me a lot, it was nice to talk to someone who has BPD like me. Due to personal reasons, I was going to completely isolate myself from the world and they said the exact right things to help me realize if that's what I want or not. Normally people can't say the exact right thing for my brain to get hooked and properly listen but they are one of the very few to do that. I strongly recommend them and I will def try and request them again if I need to
