...See more Hi there, I'm new to this group, so let me introduce myself. I'm a 22 years old girl. I love psychology and Pedagogy. I recently had to quit my study because of mental health issues. I've got a lot of diagnoses, but I'm trying to recover. I want to get better, so I can work as a social worker. I want to use my past to help others with familiar problems. But for now I'm just a girl with depression, anxiety and major moodswing.

...See more I really really feel like I can't take it anymore. My mind is a fucked up place to be right know. I wish I just could be normal. My moodswings are taking over and I feel like losing control. I don't know how I can take the control back again. My head is saying things like: 'You're worthless', 'Nobody would miss you', 'Just do it, let the pain end.' It's hard to discuss with those thoughts in my head over and over again..  Please help me, someone??
