Hi, I'm a 22 year old Fine Art student from the UK.
I am in my final year of studying. I studied abroad for a year in Berlin. I love to travel and escape the mundane of grey, grey UK.
I play guitar and sing. I used to do tonnes of gigs and things a few years ago, but took a break from it for a while, and now trying to get back into it.
I love music, all kinds, and i love talking about music too!
I have suffered from depression for many years, which tends to manifest in panic and anxiety attacks, post traumatic stress symptoms such as flashbacks, extreme low moods (which are erratic and irrational, sometimes violent), paranoia and sleeping problems.
I experienced violent behavior from people closest to me through out my younger years, which was not constant, but it has had a big impact of myself in later life.
I try to meditate everyday, and do yoga to have some positivity in my life, however small.
I also use a lot of natural and herbal anxiety and stress relievers daily to overcome small barriers.
I eat healthily, and i am interested in the way foods can effect moods too.
I am here for anyone, if they need to chat. About anything at all. I don't judge, just as i hope you don't either :)
