...See more I actually found 7 Cups by a friend that goes through a lot of stuff just as myself, and she recommended it for me because it helped her. When I first started nothing was helping. No one was there to listen and it seemed like I was a bother. Honestly, there wasn't a single listener that showed interest of my problems or wanting to help. They also weren't that friendly or welcoming so I was like, "I wonder how all these other people feel when no one listens to them. I know I feel terrible and useless, so I want to be useful; I want to help people..." and became a listener. Now, I help so many people and it, honestly, feels good. Not only am I helping the people that personally request me or that just search for help and I answer, but I am also helping myself. I take the advice I give other people and try to apply it to my everyday life. Their experiences also help. Thanks for just being here and wanting to get help, and for helping me the way you do. fair winds, all.
