...See more Hi a few years ago I had depressionand uli would like to share my experience. I am also reaching out to others. When I had depression I felt hopelwess. I had no confidence. I felt as though people were judging me. I hated doing things like going out. I could not stop crying. My mum did not help. She told me to snap out of it.
