I have a background in public health, health coaching, and a law degree. I also have chronic Lyme and other illnesses that have totally upended my life. I've got a wonderful support system, and I want to give back to others who are seeking support. Compassion, empathy, and unconditional love are so important when one is struggling with major issues like financial crises, health challenges, and relationship problems. I hope to provide support as a non-judgmental, outside listener/cheerleader, to ease the burden of those going through difficult times. Connecting is key.
