Being a little older than maybe most of the listeners, I have heard and dealt with many different situations over the years. I have recently switched gears, and I am back in school, pursuing a degree in psychology, because after hearing for years from friends that I am an excellent listener and having helped them with their problems from time to time, I thought I would broaden my circle of listening and help a different group of people since this is what I want to do after I graduate. In addition to the training from 7 Cups of Tea, I have received a certificate in trauma counseling from TIP (Trauma Intervention Program), and I have a certificate from IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) where I learned, through a year-long program, how to coach people regarding their health and nutrition goals with respect to different dietary theories.
