i'm an old longhair, and have been through a lot in my life. i have learned a lot of hard lessons in my life. to love yourself, regardless of what others think is one of the most useful. everyone is deserving of love, and acceptance. the only opinion of you that truly matters is your own. if you love yourself, others will as well.
