Very helpful. Made me feel better when I was pretty anxious about something.

She is really helpful and empathetic. Moreover, she is a great listener, very great, very professional and approachable. I bet she is a great person outside internet too! From casual talks to making people open up about their problems without any hesitation, amazing. It took me some time to actually talk about my problems, but then it became so comfortable and she is like a friend, a friend everyone needs to talk to when they feel low. Great job maintaining the anonymity and the line between listener and member. She doesn't throw advices on you which is great. Completely understanding and flexible. People like her are rare. And I truly wish that she is good in that side too. Thank you for talking to me. :)
