I am a young man who has worked in other therapy organizations where I regularly check in on those who I have contact with to make sure they are okay. I am big on being positive and I can relate to very common mental health issues including depression and suicidal thoughts. I know how hard it can be for people struggling mentally and I want to make the world a better place.

...See more Hello everyone, my name is Paradise and I joined 7 Cups a few days ago. I just wanted to formally introduce myself to this group because I have dealt with depression for most of my life. As a listener on this platform, I look forward to giving others what they need and helping others with their struggles, something that I wish I could have had when I struggled before.
