...See more aghhg im kinda scared to post this since the paranoia area is so empty, but ive recently discovered paranoid personality disorder and i feel like i can identify with a lot of the symptoms. however, ive been like this all my life, and i dont know if my symptoms are ‘extreme enough to be considered a disorder. moreover, a huge part of ppd seems to be hostility. i wouldnt consider myself a very hostile person, im less assertive. any tips on identifying what im really feeling? i dont know if i have paranoid personality disorder, but im not sure what else to call my paranoia.
