...See more If you suffer from depression or want to understand more about depression or how to better support someone who suffers from depression I strongly recommend the book Undoing Depression: What Therapy Doesnt Teach You and Medication Cant Give You by Dr. Richard OConnor. Its been instrumental in helping me understand and cope with my own depression. Its full of great advice, impactful stories, and therapeutic techniques. Its been revised a number of times so make sure you get the most recent version. That being said, mine was a 1997 revision and I still found it very helpful. Hopefully you will too! Take care! -Clint

Just by being here you are already well on your way to getting better at managing this addiction. When I was about 5 I found my fathers porn stash. I had no idea what it was but all I remember is looking at the pictures in the magazines made me happy so I kept doing it when he wasnt around. Probably around 9 or 10 I learned what masturbation was and since I already knew where to find arousal material I combined the two. Later in my early teens, I dogsat for a man who was away in the military a lot...I got paid for it but I didnt care. See, I knew he had an extensive porn collection on VHS (ok Im old!) in his
