She is such a sweet and helpful person. I was immediately comfortable talking to her; she feels like an old friend right from the beginning. She's also willing to talk about herself which makes keeping up a conversation easier and even though I needed help with only one issue, she's helped me with others as well which I never thought about asking her. Even when my problems are solved, I hope to continue talking to her as a friend afterwards.
