...See more My girlfriend and I recently split? I'm not really sure if we are together or not, but I know she wants time away from me. So I told her to take her time and to come back to me later with an answer. I'm afraid that she's going to say she doesn't want to be with me anymore, and that makes me really sad. I've been depressed for so long and waiting like this gives me so much anxiety. What can I do in the mean time? To help myself? I don't want to forget about her but thinking about her kills me. Everything I see reminds me of her and I don't know what to do. By the way, we've been together for a little more than two years. If that changes anything.

...See more Hello! I'm from Michigan. I came here for the sole purpose of helping myself and others. To begin, I have no idea where my depression came from. If I had to guess, it started because my girlfriend at the time was, what other people would say, mentally abusive. (By the way, I like girls too.) I wouldn't say she was that bad, but she was still pretty bad. Anyways, a bunch of other stuff happened and that's how I got here today, depressed at random times and obsessed with my weight. I also have terrible anxiety. That's a little information about me so that you guys can get to know me better. I hope you all are having a good day today. I'm trying too. And once again, I came here to get help (because I am unable to see a therapist) and help others to the best of my abilities. :) So if anybody needs me, I'm here. But keep in mind that I am a senior in high school so I'm going to be busy.
