I am 66 years old. Starting with a deep depression about my divorce nine years ago. I was locked up for four years without leaving my bed. Although I tried all possible therapies, medicines, drugs and cures (traditional and alternative), I never felt relief until I felt good on February 10, 2015, without knowing until now why. I was diagnosed with type two depressive (bipolar) manic. From that experience I wrote a book in Spanish and English that is on Amazon: The courage of the vulnerable. I know that no one can lift another but I can lie down next to him/her. I also know that the world is divided into two: those who want to be heard and those who do not want to listen to others. Healers are in the middle.
