...See more This is probably my observation but I noticed that whenever I decide to go solo in life; no great communication with friends, and family, I'm always hit with Anxiety whenever I fail in my business or hit a rock bottom. There's something being surrounded with love from family and friends does to our mental health. When you know you have people that will support and not judge you through difficult times, you can live through anything with happiness and patience. If we can try not to lock people out whenever we feel down or feel like a failure, we will realise how easy it can be to deal with anxieties. Loved filled families and friendships have the power to be a soothing balm to our mental health. Even when you don't have people, platforms like 7 Cups comes aa a great substitute. It gives you room to be heard and surrounded by friends who love and support you from far. Sending my love and support to everyone suffering from Anxiety. Just know that, it's going to be okay.
