  Hello / Hola / Hallo !
Nice to meet you at 7 cups!  I am from Spain but I'm living in Germany. I'm a trained active listerner and I'd like to support people struggling with depression /anxiety.
I enjoy doing sports, going to the swimming pool, writting letters. I am going through difficult moments in my life but I managed to ask for help at the right moment, and I would like to help others who might be dealing with the same problems I am dealing with, and share my experiences to try to help you. I have some experience with meditation and yoga.If  I am not available at the moment feel free to send me a message and I will answer you as soon as possible.
