...See more A couple months ago, my anxiety got way worse and I basically started a huge downward spiral. At one point I was having around 10 panic attacks a day. It's gotten better since then, and I've been practicing a lot of self-care. I'm hoping that my life will get back to normal again soon. But although I'm not experiencing panic attacks anymore, I still have a lot of physical symptoms such as fatigue, muscle pain, and joint pain. I was wondering if anyone else with anxiety has experienced this? Is it a normal symptom? I'm a huge hypochondriac so it's kinda been freaking me out. I've also developed a tremor (I assume also due to anxiety) but it's been getting better over the past few weeks. I just hope this muscle pain is anxiety-related and not something more serious.
