...See more Right now I feel okay. I keep contemplating therapy, but then I think about the cost and I wonder if it's worth it. Like, when I feel okay, I don't think I need therapy. I think it would be a waste of time and money. But then I find myself obsessing over spaces in the walls and floorboards, and imagining that little bugs will crawl out of them. Or worrying about laying in the grass at the park because there might be tics, fleas, COVID-19, or something else. And I think, maybe I need to be braver and quit living my life in fear of everything. I think that I probably need therapy, even if I feel okay right now, because I'm not going to feel that way forever.
