Worried about School & regret

...See more I’m about to graduate and I just wish my anxiety would lessen. I feel so much guilt over the past and regret so much. I am a good student and have always valued integrity. I work so hard spent sleepless nights. I got a panic attack a couple semesters ago and it overwhelmed me, I ended up using my notes on a proctored exam. My friends had to help me finish an assignment. I also checked answers with some friends on unproctored quizzes and exams for another class a while ago (the teacher was just watching us on zoom). Any tips on how to deal with the past snd try to forgive yourself. My mind won’t let me and I’m very sad and depressed. I was about to turn myself in to my college and risk not graduating. Please help, I don’t want to scratch myself anymore. Please help.
