He was great at listening, just as I requested. He also did not judge me and helped allot by relating to how I felt. I spoke about allot and it would have been overwhelming if I faced his side of the screen, but he helped me allot. And I needed help desperately when he swooped in. And most of all I am thankful as I am less disconsolate and am able to deal with things better now. Thanks :)
