I am passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives. 

I have had my fair share of struggles in life, and I have learned a lot from those experiences. I want to use what I've learnt to help others going through similar situations. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported, and I'm excited to provide that support on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a great listener because I am patient, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard without judgment or criticism. I also have a lot of empathy, and I can put myself in others people's shoes to better understand their experiences. I believe that everyone is unique, and I'm excited to get to know the people I'll be talking to on this platform. 

My approach to listening is to create a safe, supportive space for people to share their thoughts and feelings. I won't push people to share more than they're comfortable with, and I'll always respect their boundaries. I want people to feel heard and understood, and I'll do my best to make that happen. I'm also open to feedback, and I'm always looking to improve my listening skills.
