...See more Feel, stressed,worried, hard to breath, jaw pain, tight throat and lump in throat. Hard to breathe. Im new an dont understand what my triggers are. Im new to this. I never had it before and now.. boom.. I dont know where is came from and never had it before. I feel disconnected from my family, i get exhausted easyily.. Everything goes away at night time .It doesnt want to leave.. Im lost an dont know what to do..
