Hello! I am a trained active listener and I want to hear your story so please share it with me. The first step can be the hardest - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I am an active person who loves people and animals - especially my lovely spaniel! We are always out walking together and enjoy camping and tramping through the countryside. My latest interest is mindfulness - the art of being 'in the moment' and focussing only on what is happening right now... I think there are lots of benefits to be had from that philosophy! I have supported people who have been victims of crime including domestic and sexual abuse, hate crime and anti-social behaviour. I have also supported people who have been bereaved through trauma.
