I am Joe and I'm here to talk with you. It is my mission to be a safe space to share anything that's on your mind. I promise to be nonjudgmental and actively listen. Some areas I have a lot of experience with are anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, panic attacks, and stress management, but I'd be glad to talk with you about other areas as well.
