I'm in my mid-30s, carrying the baggage of past relationships - a divorce and the end of a 12-year partnership. In between I’ve also lost my progressive 10-year career due to focusing on my family emergency.  Dealing with all the piled-up pain and facing ongoing challenges is tough. It reminds me of what John Coffey said once in The Green Mile, "I am tired, boss... tired of being on the road…." :) 

Moving on…. while dealing with life's tough moments is exhausting, I've decided to embark on the journey to heal and rebuild my inner strength. Empathy comes naturally to me. Understanding and connecting with others who are going through pain feels instinctive to me. In sharing and listening to others, I've found perspectives that help me sift through my own baggage. I find solace in books, movies, sitcoms (Friends, The Office, The Big Bang Theory).  Traveling and nurturing a garden are passions that bring me joy. Respect is fundamental in how I interact with others.
