I am Anna, and I am 26, Russian living in US, I am here to to help you to overcome any problems or issues you might have, even I'm not a professional counselor, I'm just a volunteer listener here, but, anyway, 7cup is really very safe and nice place to share anything, so there is notthing too much embarrassing at all!

I am still happy to discuss relationship, love or intimacy or even sex, but in an appropriate manner only, even I am maybe not an expert at those subjects. Anything inappropriate will result immediate in reporting and blocking according to 7cups rules and policies.

If topics are not in "Categoris" which I listen to, it means these are topics which  I don't want to discuss, such as lgbt, eating disorders, weight management, self-harm, alcohol/drugs etc. Again, only because I just know nothing about it and I cannot provide adequate help.

Also so far I don't take casual chats, as I feel like I need to feel to be useful by helping and supporting with emotional issues.

Please be aware I am mainly doing this while being at work, so if I don't reply for a while, it is probably work related, please understand it.

I am probably not the best person to deal with stuff, which is not listed in my area of expertise, not because I don't want to help, but because I probably can't.
