Here, to foster support, understanding, connection, critical thought, and knowledge of various mental health issues - primarily - anxiety, chronic pain, and depression (which I have personal experience with the most), but am open to other topics as well.
I try to be as forthcoming and honest a listener as I can. My style is focused on encouraging critical thinking skills, coping mechanisms, and building bridges of interpersonal, mutual respect.
There is no one solution for everyone, but if I had to choose one, it would be radical acceptance, exposure response prevention, and Taoist-esque wisdom - alongside - Socratic thinking, which entails deductive reasoning, encouraging questioning of the "why" and "how" we believe what we believe, to allow us to think of new ways we might approach life and our struggles.
