They were among the top listeners I’ve ever had on 7cups. They sat with me for a WHILE as I told them in extensive detail what was going on with me. They listened, actively so, digested what I was saying, and communicated what they heard and validated back to me. I couldn't have asked for a better listener or experience. They knew their stuff and how to talk to someone who’s been through hints without belittling the person, but also prompting suggestions that felt accessible. I always say teaching is about communicating constructive information in a way that the subject can understand and apply themselves. This listener didn’t just provide me with answers. They helped me find them myself, with gentle encouragement and guidance. As someone who's lacked that for most of their life, and from anyone but themselves, that was an incredibly beneficial experience for me. I couldn't recommend them more!
