Hi, I am an active listener here on 7cups. I have spent years listening to people and offering my humble responses. I have spent years tackling intense emotional issues as well as eating disorders. Having been through that struggle, I definitely want to give back. I specialize in emotional balance (through goal setting, meditation, and visualization) and dealing with overeating.

...See more Hi! I was browsing threads on reddit, and I happened to see a reference to this site on a thread. It may have been in /r/depression. So, I came by and lurked for a while. I just joined this past weekend, and I've been having so much fun listening to people.  I've already felt kind of useless with people who seem to have already made up their minds that they don't want help... But, they're in the minority for me right now.  Reddit is a magical place! Come visit.
