I myself have struggled with my self-doubt and self-image for my entire life. I constantly find unhealthy coping skills and habits that run deep through who I am. I believe that life's most difficult obstacles are the ones within you. I want to do what I can to help anyone who feels like they're alone or not being heard. Living is work and I want to help make the burden you carry a little bit lighter.
