Hard time doing anything

...See more I'm finding it difficult to do anything that involves leaving my bedroom. I struggle to find motivation and when I do, I have a breakdown when I try to leave my comfort zone. I've been told I've got social anxiety and tried therapy, CBT etc. And don't believe in alternative methods. Help plz?

...See more I can only get an hour of sleep per night, roughly, because my anxiety kicks in and I start thinking of all the bad things that might happen while I sleep. Sometimes I go into full-on panic. Any advice?
