I mainly joined as a listener to help people who are struggling with various mental health issues such as Anxiety, Depression and Dissociative disorders. I am particularly passionate about Social Anxiety and feel that using as online service is the best way to reach to those suffering in silence. Even though this is mainly why I joined I am happy to help absolutely anyone to resolve their issue whether its mental health related or otherwise.

I'm based in the UK so I can help refer people to relevant services and charities which are UK based.
